I purchased a FOREO product which after 1 week stopped; working. I returned the item and after a lot of emailing back and forth was told I would be refund in 3-5 days. At 6 days I checked my account to find I had been refund only for the postage. After 1 hour of talking (well online anyway) with their customer service i am told it will be 3-5 days yet again before my refund goes through. I would stay away from this company very happy to take your money and not so happy to give it back.
I know that we are living in a difficult time now, but I've already received all of my orders from other shops. While the order I placed with lookfantastic hasn't even been dispatched yet. I placed it more than 10 days ago, I paid for it fully.
Their customer service team just don't answer. I can't event express how disappointed I am with such kind of service.
I strongly recommend NOT to buy from them.

The new customer code didn’t apply to my purchase which was a bit of a let down. Still bought from here to trust the product wasn’t fake.
I like to shop with Look Fantastic as I am sure to get the products I need cheaper than at my hairdressers.
Ordered for next day delivery as needed for a birthday present waited in all day then received a message saying it has been delayed by 24hours 2 days later still no parcel
Love the offers with this company. And the quick delivery time. I had to add to basket repeatedly to select the items I wanted to purchase. A tad annoying going backwards and forwards.
Good service and a variety of products. Better than visiting local chemist!
Lookfantastic is pretty good, I think they could do a lot of work on improving the range of shades they stock, otherwise I'd recommend!
Well a bit disappointed to be addressed as "Hello customer" : not bespoke service at all and not the customer experience one would want to have...
This company is crap! They give you an estimated shipping date and but you'll never receive it by then, especially if you live in the States. I'm then told that it can be 30 days from shipping, but I still never received the item and tracking stopped three weeks ago. Buy your items elsewhere!

The goods I have received have all been as ordered with prompt delivery. There has been NO hidden extra charges.
